Scripture teaches us that a healthy church should be a growing church, and that this growth happens in two directions.

The church grows vertically as the individuals of a church family grow in their relationship with God. It also grows horizontally as it increases in size and number as more people join the church.

In order to help us with our growth, the PCC of Billing have adopted and are implementing the following vision document.
